Stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP) is one of the fastest growing water sports in the world and it’s easy to see why once you’ve tried it.
Stand up paddle-boarding offers a fun way to play on the water, with the added benefit of a full-body workout. And, since you stand at full height on your board, it gives you a unique vantage point for viewing what’s down under the water and out on the horizon.
- Super-accessible sport, get out on the ocean in no time
- Build core strength and fitness
- Easy to learn
- Get close to marine life
Paddle-boarding is ideal for anyone who wants to get out on the water. In fact, it's one of the easiest water sports to take up and you don't have to be super sporty to really enjoy it.
Flat water SUP-ing is accessible to almost anyone, and the large buoyant boards are an excellent way to explore the ocean and get close to its marine life – as well as to work out muscles you never even knew you had!
Surf SUP-ing is an addictive and exhilarating way to ride waves. The bigger boards and paddle enable you to catch smaller waves and ride them for longer – without having to pop up! (These lessons require booking in advance so that we can make sure the conditions are appropriate.)Book

Within a private session we have had as young as 3! However, we would recommend 6 or7 is a good age for starting out. We do have an age restriction on our group lessons of 7 years old to allow the Instructor to spread their time more evenly across the group. During a private lesson we can accept any age. We also ask that a parent or teacher is available on shoreline for younger students.
Our sessions will go ahead whatever the weather however, in the unlikely event the beach is red flagged for safety reasons by the lifeguards or we feel that it is unsafe, we will postpone your session to a time that suits you or offer a refund.
Yes, we provide all equipment and leaving extra time before your session to get ready is recommended.
“Without a doubt a highlight of our holiday in Cornwall. My two boys, aged 11 and 17, loved it. The sea was choppy but this added to the trip and we felt safe with the expert and knowledgeable Andy, who did his best to find some wildlife for us. Who knew Sunfish visit U.K. waters? This is a must-do for any visit to the area.”
