Cornwall Paddle Boarding Lessons in Polzeath
Paddle-boarding is ideal for anyone who wants to get out on the water. In fact, it’s one of the easiest water sports to take up and you don’t have to be super sporty to really enjoy it.
Flat water SUP-ing is accessible to almost anyone, and the large buoyant boards are an excellent way to explore the ocean and get close to its marine life – as well as to work out muscles you never even knew you had!
Surf SUP-ing is an addictive and exhilarating way to ride waves. The bigger boards and paddle enable you to catch smaller waves and ride them for longer – without having to pop up! (These lessons require booking in advance so that we can make sure the conditions are appropriate.)
