Terms and Conditions

Booking

Advance bookings made on-line will be charged to your account at the time you make your booking and an email confirmation with relevant information will be sent.

When booking an activity, a contract is made when the booking is confirmed by Wavehunters either in writing, email or verbally. In the case of late telephone bookings, when written/e-mail confirmation is not possible in time then the agreement is a verbal contract. When making a booking with Wavehunters you are confirming that you have read and agree with these terms and conditions. Exceptions to these terms and conditions cannot be made for any reason as we run an extremely high quality, tight margin program with limited spaces.

Payment

When booking an activity, payment is taken by Wavehunters UK LTD.

Wavehunters require 100% of the total activity cost when booking. Wavehunters have the right to cancel a person’s place on the activity if full payment is not received. Activity reminders will not always be sent.

Wavehunters will take no financial responsibility for any other costs incurred for these cancellations (for example travel or accommodation costs) It is important that the contact number and email address left when booking are correct so we are able to get hold of you should we need to cancel.
