Stand-up paddle-boarding is one of the fastest growing water sports in the world – and it’s easy to see why once you’ve tried it. It’s a super-accessible sport that gets you out on the ocean in no time, building your core strength and fitness, and whilst it’s easy to learn it offers adventures to last a lifetime.
Our surf school on Polzeath beach is one of the first in the UK to teach SUP-ing, so whether it’s relaxation or exhilaration you’re seeking, let us get your SUP adventure started now.
To book multiple lessons simply click the blue 'Add SUP' button when you reach the shopping cart stage of the booking journey.
We offer SUP lessons with experienced instructors in both flat-water and surf conditions.
Flat water SUP-ing is accessible to almost anyone, and the large buoyant boards are an excellent way to explore the ocean and get close to its marine life – as well as to work out muscles you never even knew you had!
Surf SUP-ing is an addictive and exhilarating way to ride waves. The bigger boards and paddle enable you to catch smaller waves and ride them for longer – without having to pop up! (These lessons require booking in advance so that we can make sure the conditions are appropriate.)
Gift vouchers are also available to buy online.

"Jack and his team were brilliant. Jack managed to engaged the various ages of our family: from a reluctant teenager, enthusiastic adolescent, unsure 10 year old and middle aged mother. We all were able to enjoy the waves and thinking of coming back for more. Even my 70 year old mother enjoyed chatting to the 'guys' in the hut and playing with the surfing spaniel Lola. "
